Rhett Hintze was raised in Wisconsin alongside his three siblings by parents who deeply influenced his character. His father, an electrical engineer in the paper industry, and his mother, who devoted herself to raising the family, instilled in him a sense of discipline, integrity, and hard work that would shape his future.

Rhett pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Brigham Young University, followed by a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University. These academic milestones provided the foundation for his career and prepared him for the challenges of leadership.

As Chief Operating Officer of Bravo Group in Harrisburg, PA, Rhett has led the company through significant growth, optimizing operations, cutting costs, and driving profitability. His strategic oversight has helped Bravo Group become Pennsylvania’s largest privately-owned PR firm, demonstrating his ability to scale operations while maintaining quality and innovation.

Beyond his career, Rhett embraces a rich personal life. He enjoys road trips, horticulture, and skiing, and is a passionate follower of F1 motorsports and college football. His commitment to service is evident in his volunteer work with his church and the MidWest Food Bank in Harrisburg. Rhett’s philanthropic spirit also extends internationally through his support of Daraja Academy in Kenya, a cause close to his heart that aligns with his belief in the transformative power of education.
