Rhett Hintze grew up in Wisconsin with his parents and three siblings. His father, an electrical engineer in the paper industry, and his mother, dedicated to raising the family, shaped his strong work ethic and values.
Rhett earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Brigham Young University and a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University. These academic achievements laid the groundwork for his success.
As Chief Operating Officer at Bravo Group in Harrisburg, PA, Rhett has played a crucial role in expanding operations, reducing expenses, and driving profitability. Under his leadership, Bravo Group has become the largest privately-held PR firm in Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Rhett enjoys road trips, horticulture, and skiing. He’s an avid fan of F1 motorsports and college football, and he dedicates time to volunteer work with his church and the MidWest Food Bank in Harrisburg. His philanthropic efforts include supporting the Daraja Academy in Kenya, reflecting his commitment to education and giving back.
